Connecting NYS-10 and NYS-145 is County Route 30 (Gardnersville Road). It is the main road of the Hamlet of Gardnersville. County Route 29 (CR-29) and County Route 33 (CR-33) are also worth mentioning as they connect to one of the larger state routes.
