Dannemora is a village in Clinton County, New York. It is located at the northeastern foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, approximately fifteen miles west of the city of Plattsburgh. The village is within the town of Dannemora. It is the main population area of the town and the location of most town businesses. , the village population was estimated at 3,200.

The main road in the village is New York State Route 374. The NYS-374 originates in the east in the City of Plattsburgh. It runs east-west through the Town of Plattsburgh. As Route 374 enters the Village of Dannemora it is named Cook Street. After NYS-374 leaves the village on its western side, it turns north and runs in a north-northwest direction until it reaches the Chateaugay–Herdman Border Crossing at the Canada-US border. The other main village road is County Route 30 (CR-30). Through the village it is named Emmons Street. Its northern terminus is just north of the village. Route 30 runs south until it meets Route 3 in the Town of Saranac.
